I run a small firm with 14 employees and have a pension scheme for employees which we have not reviewed in some years due to time pressures and the cumbersome nature of the scheme. We met with TM Financial Planning who took the time to understand what we need from a pension for all staff that would allow our staff access to fund valuations, allow us to add new members and have some flexibility around contribution levels.
Within a short period we were able to put in place a scheme that allowed online access for contribution adjustments and administration that was both more cost effective and producing better returns than the existing scheme. Throughout the changeover TM Financial Planning made the process seamless and now provides us with regular updates.
